What is Connect-Ticket™?
Connect-Ticket™ is a hassle-free way for you to accept online credit card payments for your events. Here's how it works.

How do I sign up?
Easy! Just click here to send us information about your event, ticket prices, etc., and we'll send you our ticketing agreement. Review, sign and fax it back to us, and we'll go ahead and put up your ticket page. It is that simple!

What happens after I sign up?
We put up your ticket page, and tell you its URL. You publicize this URL in all your printed and online promotions for the event, to enable people to know that they can buy tickets online, and how they can do so.

How long after I sign up do you put up the page?
Less than 12 hours is what we say (But in reality, more often than not, in under an hour or two!).

Do I need to have a secure server?
No. That's one of the things we're here to take care of!

Is there a monthly charge for me?
Usually not. You only pay for tickets sold. We can set up a different arrangement for you to pay a monthly charge, in return for a lower credit card fee.

So, what do you charge me?
We charge you a nominal credit card fee, in line with what you would incur if you took credit cards yourself.

What does the ticket-buyer pay?
A nominal fee for purchasing tickets. This is charged per-ticket. The exact amount depends on the event.
