Frequently Asked Questions

How large is indogram.com?
There are several answers to this question. In terms of data, we're the largest. In terms of how many people we employ, we're probably the smallest. In terms of how many people contribute data, we're somewhere in the middle, and growing as we get better known.

Why did you start indogram.com?
We'll answer with an anecdote. In 1961, when Pataudi scored 103 in the Delhi Test against the visiting English side, it was the first time he was playing test cricket after having lost an eye in an accident. The English team manager, Gubby Allen, asked him what had made him decide that he could play with only one eye. "When I saw the state of the English attack", came the laconic reply.

We looked around (with several eyes) and found there was no quality site providing accurate, up-to-date, and easy-to-access information for people of Indian origin in the US. So we started indogram.com to show that it could be done.

Does indogram.com serve only the US?
Currently our pages contain only data from US cities. This will change in 2002. Our visitors, though, come from all around the world (62 countries at last count).
